Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule leads from Social Media and respond to inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads daily via CRM and Instagram.
  • Update client files and status using CRM and Google Sheets.
  • Handle client communications entirely through the CRM and online platforms—no cold calling or phone interaction.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate updates for over 100 clients.
  • Strong English communication skills (written only).
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • CRM experience
  • Reliable computer and internet connection.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
