Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
  • Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets while maintaining high call quality standards.
  • Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy
  • 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous experience in a telesales environment is a must
