Duties and responsibilities
An officer at this level will work under the guidance of senior officer performing the following duties and responsibilities
- Issuing and receiving store
- Preparation and maintenance of records; and,
- Inventory and stock control.
Requirements for Appointment
- Certificate in Supplies Management or its approved equivalent from a recognized institution.
- MUST be a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
- Knowledge in E-sourcing (IFMIS) is an added advantage and,
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
OR
- Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution.
