Job Overview

A Tier II supermarket is seeking experienced and results-oriented Branch Managers to oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service across multiple branches. The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and operational management experience within a busy retail supermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day supermarket operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

• Supervising staff scheduling, performance, and discipline across departments

• Managing stock control, procurement coordination, and inventory accuracy

• Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to increase revenue

• Ensuring high standards of customer service and complaint resolution

• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations

• Preparing operational and financial performance reports

• Coordinating merchandising, promotions, and branch presentation

Requirements

• At least 2+ years’ experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Procurement Officer in a busy supermarket

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage teams and retail operations effectively

• Knowledge of inventory systems and retail reporting
