- A good understanding of Public Procurement and Assets Disposal Act 2015, and related rules and Regulations.
- Computer literate and valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Possess good office organizational and interpersonal Skills.
- Familiar with basic computer operations and ability to use digital communication tools effectively.
