Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Process transactions and issue receipts accurately.
Store Maintenance
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Arrange and restock merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
Product Presentation & Styling
- Assist in styling mannequins and shop displays to attract customers.
- Keep up with current fashion trends to better assist customers.
Digital Marketing Support
- Take high-quality, appealing photos of products for online platforms.
- Creatively post products and promotional content on social media.
- Respond to online inquiries and assist with basic order management.
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain records of daily sales and customer feedback.
- Communicate customer preferences and suggestions to management.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail, fashion, or customer-facing role
- Basic skills in digital marketing and social media content creation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A good sense of style and fashion awareness
- Teachable, adaptable, and creative thinker
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage
