Role Objective

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to support revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management and effective implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business development and expanding our customer base in line with the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Nurture strong client relationships through follow-ups and account management
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals
  • Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support marketing campaigns, activations, and product launches
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, content, and promotions with sales goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to refine marketing strategies
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a direct sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an added advantage.
