Role Objective
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to support revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management and effective implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business development and expanding our customer base in line with the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Nurture strong client relationships through follow-ups and account management
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals
- Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support marketing campaigns, activations, and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, content, and promotions with sales goals
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to refine marketing strategies
- Any other responsibility assigned by the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a direct sales or business development role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an added advantage.
