We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to be part of a forward-thinking real estate company making a real impact in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups
- Present property listings to clients and guide them through viewings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and close property deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
