- Are you a recent graduate with a vibrant personality, self-drive, and a passion for creating positive first impressions? Our manufacturing team is looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Front Office Executive under our graduate scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Support various departments with clerical duties
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a Diploma or Certificate in:
- Front Office Operations
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- Secretarial Studies
- Hospitality
- Or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
