We are looking for Front Office Agent responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt and courteous Front Office services connected with arriving, in-house and departing guests. They should be able to work closely with all key business part- ners in order to achieve quality results in guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcomes and checks in guests professionally, ensuring a smooth arrival to departure experience. Provides information about the hotel and local area.
  • Allocates rooms,issues keys,and updates guest records accurately.
  • Manages reservations and applies yield strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Follows credit procedures to minimize revenue loss.
  • Coordinates room status with housekeeping for check-ins, check-outs,and special requests.
  • Maintains key control and communicates room availability to the Front Office Team Leader. Responds to guest complaints using the ABC approach and escalates when needed.
  • Promotes teamwork and communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Performs duties efficiently in line with hotel policies and service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or its equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in a 4-Star or 5-Star Hotel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team Presentable,well spoken individual
