RECEPTION / FRONT OFFICE INTERN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive visitors and set a positive office atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls and redirect calls to the relevant offices.
• Maintain and create updated documents and spreadsheets.
• Organization and maintenance of organizational files.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Front Office, Customer Relations, Social Sciences, or any related field.
