Responsibilities

Assist in documenting product requirements, workflows, and feature requests.
Conduct research on competitor offerings, pricing models, and customer preferences (especially diaspora-focused services).
Participate in product testing and feature validation to ensure usability and client satisfaction.
Create and schedule social media content highlighting Vunoh’s product benefits and customer success stories.
Assist in planning and executing product marketing campaigns targeting diaspora communities (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and community pages).
Support the development and execution of December holiday campaigns, promoting Vunoh’s Errand, Investment, and Real Estate services for seasonal needs (e.g., gifting, home support, family errands).
Conduct outreach to diaspora associations, church groups, and influencer partners for campaign collaboration.
Support process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and retention.
Document client feedback and prepare summary reports for the Product and Client Service teams.
Manage social media engagement (comments, DMs, inquiries) and escalate potential leads to the Product or Client Service team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Technology.
Strong interest in product management, diaspora marketing, or fintech innovation
Excellent communication, organization, and digital marketing skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or HubSpot).
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for storytelling.
A minimum Score of B in your KSCE exams.
Ability to balance multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
