Qualifications

Second Upper Division class honours and above Degree in procurement, accounting or a similar field.
Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
Proven work experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Good supervisory, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Registered member of KIM, CIPS or relevant professional body is an advantage.
