JOB SUMMARY                                                                                                                                            

The Office Secretary will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office..

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms to different sections within the company
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                                        

  • Minimum of KCSE Certificate
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
