
Kenya Medical Research - KEMRI
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sign-in sheets, appointment logs, and visit or records
- Handle inquiries in person, via phone, or email, and direct them appropriately
- Assist in printing, photocopying, and organizing trial-related forms or documents
- Assist in distributing internal communications, meeting notices, or updates
- Maintain logs for participant visits, courier shipments, and general office supplies.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain security logs as required
- Assist in coordinating refreshments or logistics for study meetings or training sessions
- Cleaning of offices and compound
- Recording and dispatching letters, files and documents
- Coordinate participant transport reimbursement and keep meticulous records
- Planting, weeding and pruning/mowing gardens
- Collecting, assembling and disposing of waste
- Any other office work that may arise
Vacancy Requirements:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education Mean Grade D or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Â Â Â Mandatory
- Proficiency in computer application; and   Mandatory
- Organizational skills;Â Â Â Mandatory
- Public Relations skills   Mandatory
- Communication skills in both English and Kiswahili   Mandatory
- Interpersonal skills   Mandatory
