Duties and Responsibilities by Role


Office Assistant (Entry Level)

  • Handle office errands, document dispatch, and support services

Customer Care Assistant

  • Manage front desk and customer interactions

  • Ensure high-quality customer service delivery

Laboratory Roles (Technician / Technologist / Analyst)

  • Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory solutions
  • Conduct laboratory tests and quality control procedures

  • Implement SOPs, biosafety, and quality management systems
  • Record, analyze, and report laboratory findings

Senior Laboratory Analysts

Pharmaceutical Analysts

  • Monitor product safety and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations

Biomedical Engineer

  • Maintain and repair biomedical and laboratory equipment
  • Install and test new medical technologies
  • Manage equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
  • Support engineering projects and system improvements
  • Provide technical guidance on equipment usage

ICT Officer

  • Develop, test, and maintain IT systems and applications
  • Provide technical support and user training
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure system security
  • Support digital transformation and IT infrastructure

HR, Finance, Legal & Corporate Roles

  • HR: Manage recruitment, training, payroll, and employee records
  • Finance: Handle budgeting, reporting, and financial controls
  • Legal: Draft contracts, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance
  • Planning: Monitor strategy implementation and performance
  • Supply Chain: Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier processes
  • Audit: Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
