Mpesa Shop Attendant

Handle customer Mpesa transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.

Maintain up-to-date transaction records and ensure daily cash/till reconciliation.

Provide friendly, efficient service while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Cashier
-
Process customer payments (cash, Mpesa, and card) quickly and accurately.

Issue receipts, balance the till at the end of shifts, and maintain accurate records.

Assist in general shop duties, including stock arrangement and customer support.
