Mpesa Shop Attendant

• Handle customer Mpesa transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.

• Maintain up-to-date transaction records and ensure daily cash/till reconciliation.

• Provide friendly, efficient service while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Cashier

• Process customer payments (cash, Mpesa, and card) quickly and accurately.

• Issue receipts, balance the till at the end of shifts, and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in general shop duties, including stock arrangement and customer support.
