Job Description

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, product performance, and emerging market trends.
Ensure timely reporting on daily calls, customer feedback, and sales performance through assigned reporting formats.
Plan and execute territory coverage effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Nursing, Biochemistry, or related health sciences.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of pharmacology and product knowledge.
Self-driven and target-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision.
At least 2 years experience.
