This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance and supervision of a senior officer.
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
- Carrying out angular and distance measurements and computation for
- medium and high density topographical surveys, general engineering surveys, sub-divisional schemes. medium area cadastral and photo control surveys.
Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines:- Land Surveying, Geospatial Engineering: Geomantic Engineering: Geomantic Engineering and Geospatial Information Systems; Technology in Survey or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
- Certificate in computer applications skills.
