1. Housekeeping Attendant – Mombasa Road (Hospitality Industry)
Location: Mombasa Road
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Role Objective:
To ensure professional housekeeping standards in guest rooms and public areas while delivering a positive guest experience in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public spaces

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest and public areas

  • Train and supervise junior housekeeping staff

  • Schedule tasks, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing

  • Manage cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping inventory

  • Liaise with other departments to resolve guest requests and issues

  • Enforce sanitation and safety protocols

  • Monitor departmental expenses and manage costs

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Actuarial Science; CPA Section 4 or above
Experience: At least 2 years, preferably in a multi-business or holding company environment

Role Objective:
To ensure accurate financial reporting, liquidity management, and statutory compliance while supporting diverse business ventures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial forecasts and department budgets

  • Collaborate with department heads and CEO for budgeting and events planning

  • Manage accounting transactions in QuickBooks

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow projections

  • Monitor liquidity and manage fund allocations

  • Ensure timely filing of statutory taxes including PAYE, VAT, and CIT
