We’re looking for an experienced IT Officer to manage and support all IT systems across our hospitality units, ensuring smooth operations, data security, and reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP & POS systems and daily reports
• Provide IT support across all branches
• Maintain networks, servers, and security systems
• Oversee data backups & disaster recovery
• Lead IT projects and system upgrades
• Train staff and handle IT procurement
• Coordinate with IT vendors and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong SAP, POS & networking skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
• Flexible to work day/night shifts, weekends & holidays
