KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Time taken to respond and resolve queries or technical issues
 - Reliability of the IT systems and infrastructure managed by the IT Assistant

JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Provide technical support services to all staff including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 - Install and configure software and hardware
 - Daily monitoring of the CRM system and the network
 - Manage shared office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopy machines
 - Provide support for audio-visual equipment, including projectors and videoconferencing systems.
 - Assist to manage the automation of the certification process and provide user support
 - Manage system upgrades and migrations
 - Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data by proactively offering advice on security, data protection, and general computer use
 - Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
 - Keep up to date with emerging IT technologies and industry trends
 - Perform other similar and related IT duties
 
DO YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field from a reputable academic institution,
 - A minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar position in a busy office environment with special emphasis on a multinational working environment.
 - Proven experience in providing technical support in a professional environment
 - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating system, software applications and networking.
 - Familiarity with common business software applications.
 - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
 - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
 - Good interpersonal skills and a team player
 - Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
