Through this program, we aim to promote a positive work culture to enable students develop and gain knowledge across different disciplines. The interns learn through formal and informal training, leadership development and thereafter concluding with a performance appraisal at the end of the internship period. Collectively, this all-inclusive & broad approach aims to accelerate development of future leaders who will impact the world in a positive way.

The KCB Internship Program runs quarterly, and recommendations are done through the universities the Bank partners with for internships.
