Job Description

The ICT Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all information and communication technology systems supporting Lexo Energy Kenya Limited’s retail business. This role ensures high availability, security, and integrity of forecourt systems, point-of-sale platforms, back-office applications, and ICT infrastructure across all service stations and head office.

Academic Qualifications & Professional Experience

• Academic qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional qualification- Relevant Professional Certifications (ITIL, ERP, cybersecurity, Microsoft, Cisco) are an added advantage.
• Minimum 7 years’ ICT experience with at least 3–5 years in fuel retail or multi-site retail operations.
• Proven experience managing forecourt systems, fuel POS, ERP platforms, CCTV systems and payment integrations.
• Proven experience managing ICT infrastructure, connectivity, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed service stations.
• Experience providing ICT performance, risk, and compliance reporting to management and the Board.
• Strong risk, control, and compliance mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and contract management skills.
• Ability to balance operational urgency with strategic ICT planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail
