Job Overview
- RFH Healthcare is seeking to recruit a qualified, competent, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, contracts, leave)
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate staff training and development programs Prepare HR reports and documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- CHRP certification or in progress
- 2-3 years’ similar role (Hospital)
- Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
