Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting jobs and scheduling interviews
- Help with onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Maintain employee records and organize HR files
- Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation
- Participate in planning staff welfare events and training sessions
- Handle basic HR queries and provide administrative support
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and hotel HR standards
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
Who We’re Looking For:
- Students or recent graduates in Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A team player with a professional and friendly personality
