Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting jobs and scheduling interviews
  • Help with onboarding and orientation of new staff
  • Maintain employee records and organize HR files
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation
  • Participate in planning staff welfare events and training sessions
  • Handle basic HR queries and provide administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and hotel HR standards
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Students or recent graduates in Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A team player with a professional and friendly personality
