Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Draft and edit HR documents including job adverts, interview invites and feedback forms.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and support HR strategy planning.
  • Prepare weekly reports on HR activities and recruitment progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Little to no prior experience required – we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills – clear, professional and engaging.
  • A vibrant personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Access to a computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
