Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with HR tools or software is an added advantage.
