Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and public areas for quality control
- Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar or senior management
- role in housekeeping
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and protocols
