Output and Deliverables
- Data mapping and analysis;
- Employ both qualitative and quantitative methodologies,
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses on foundational learning
- Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to present findings effectively.
- Literature Review and Evidence Synthesis;
- Perform comprehensive literature reviews on relevant topics.
- Synthesize evidence from various sources.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings from literature reviews
- Support in Research and Evaluation
- Develop data collection tools and protocols
- Support in data collection including FGDs and KIIs.
- Assist in implementation of research studies and evaluations.
- Documentation
- Document and draft reports of relevant research.
Required competencies.
- A phd student who has completed coursework in the following specialties; Statistics, economics, education or any other related social science field.
- Extensive knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in literature review and evidence synthesis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA, Nvivo).
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating group learning, ability to capture, analyse and synthesize information.
- Ability to plan and follow-on multiple tasks.
