Job Purpose

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing front desk operations to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for patients, visitors, and staff. The role supports smooth patient flow, accurate record handling, appointment coordination, and high standards of customer service while maintaining confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, greet, and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Register patients accurately and update personal and medical records as required.

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments and referrals.

  • Respond to patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Job Requirements
