What will you be doing:

Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:

  • Generate and invoice orders timeously
  • Generate purchase orders
  • Act as liaison to customer
  • Coordinate job assignments from start to finish
  • Work in accordance with business as well a QHSE guidelines.
  • Review SWR before assigning to FS Manager
  • Conduct brief and debriefings
  • Review team leaders daily work reports
  • Provide invoicing status to relevant sales person/team

You will shine in this role, when you have: 

  • Qualification in a similar field and related to the position
  • 7 years of relevant experience in the service, customer care, and 4 Stoke Engines.
  • Professional Project Management skills (considered as an advantage)
  • A safety-first mind-set.
  • Passion about developing resources and excellent Customer Service.
  • Experience in a customer facing role with responsibility for collection of costs and invoices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and Customer Centricity.
  • Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and well-developed cultural awareness and sensitivity.
