  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection
  • Excellent knowledge on conventional/commercial books
  • Can handle field visits
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
