Role Summary

Will handle user queries, partner complaints, issue resolution, and ensures a positive first experience on the platform.

  • Respond to users via WhatsApp, social DMs, email, in-app tickets.
  • Provide onboarding support for new users.
  • Troubleshoot issues (verifications, referral not working, redeeming deals).
  • Communicate with partners on menu/price/offer updates.
  • Write FAQs, guides, and customer scripts.
  • Track user issues and escalate to the tech team.

Technical Skills Required

  • WhatsApp, email, in-app support handling
  • Basic ticketing (Notion/Trello/HelpDesk)
  • Ability to document bugs and customer insights
  • Good typing speed

  • Knowledge of simple support scripts
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting steps
