
Konexio Afrrica
- We are seeking motivated and multilingual customer support agents based in Nairobi to join an exciting new project starting in August 2025. These roles require strong communication skills in either English and Arabic, French or German with the ability to engage clients across the Pan-African region and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to customers and clients
- Generate leads and support customer service inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using company tools
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet targets and provide quality service
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Arabic, French or German (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Basic digital literacy, including use of email, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or call center environments is preferred
- Must be based in or near Nairobi and able to commute daily to Tatu City office (remote work not available)
- Valid refugee status with a valid ID
- Available to start full-time in August 2025
