Qualifications
- Degree in a Business-related field or Communications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through calls, messages, and emails with empathy and excellence
- Proactively follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
- Maintain a positive and consistent customer experience throughout every interaction
- Record and track client feedback and concerns for continuous improvement
- Represent TSAVO’s values of care, integrity, and excellence in every engagement
