What You’ll Do
- Provide timely, friendly, and accurate customer support via email, chat, and occasionally phone
- Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and account issues
- Use Shopify for order management and Gorgias to handle support tickets
- Stay updated on product changes and customer support best practices
- Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience using both Shopify and Gorgias in a customer support role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations and shifting priorities
