  • Use Shopify for order management and Gorgias to handle support tickets
  • Stay updated on product changes and customer support best practices
  • Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience using both Shopify and Gorgias in a customer support role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and a team player
  • Comfortable handling multiple conversations and shifting priorities
