Role Overview:
We are seeking 3 warm, articulate, and highly professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Argyle Grand Hotel Nairobi. This role is central to delivering a world-class guest experience, with a primary focus on serving international travelers, business executives, and dignitaries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist international guests with check-in, check-out, and all inquiries during their stay
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Liaise with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to personalize future stays
- Assist in coordinating transportation, reservations, and special guest requests
- Uphold hotel standards and promote a welcoming and respectful environment for guests of all nationalities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not neccessary
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to international guests
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
