Main responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer inquiries (via phone and email);
  • Optimize communication and relationships with various stakeholders;
  • Report, follow up, document and take action to resolve all ongoing issues until they are resolved;
  • Inform customers on products and services offered;
  • Perform data entry;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or related to the position.
