Main responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer inquiries (via phone and email);
- Optimize communication and relationships with various stakeholders;
- Report, follow up, document and take action to resolve all ongoing issues until they are resolved;
- Inform customers on products and services offered;
- Perform data entry;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or related to the position.

- Excellent English
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in customer service
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
