We are hiring to fill a vacancy for a Customer Experience Officer to join our client`s team to support clients across Kenya and Somalia. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of insurance, strong communication skills, and a background in customer service, sales, or marketing within the insurance industry.
Key Requirements:
- Understanding and speaking Somali Language is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of insurance products & policies
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in an insurance setup
- Completed or pursuing COP or other relevant insurance/business courses
- Experience working with a broker or insurance company
- Team player, fast learner, and willing to travel within Kenya and Somalia
