Clerical Officer- 25 at Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions – Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) Kenya Job Details

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) grade C Plain;
  • Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution; and
  • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya zoro.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

  • This is the entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this level may be deplryed at County and Sub county offices. Specifically, duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system;
  • Peting different entries in relevant ledgers and requisitions as per the ODPP procedures and provide information used to monitor the utilisation of rcsources in the institutiou
  • Drafting simple correspondences as advised;
  • Compiling simple statistical records based on routine or special sources of information;
  • Receipt and rccord entry and exit of offre infonnation material;
