Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in file management and archival best practices, informing AI model development with real-world knowledge and professional insight
- Annotate, review, and structure datasets to train AI systems in categorizing and organizing documents based on alphabetical, numerical, and custom filing systems
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on AI model performance and recommend targeted improvements to enhance recognition accuracy and processing efficiency
- Simulate real-world filing scenarios to guide AI models in handling edge cases, exceptions, and complex document types
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to refine data labeling protocols, taxonomies, and classification frameworks
- Document all processes clearly and maintain comprehensive communication with project stakeholders throughout each development cycle
- Stay current on emerging trends in digital file management and contribute professional insights to advance the organization’s AI capabilities
- Support quality assurance processes by reviewing AI-generated outputs against established filing standards and flagging inconsistencies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a file clerk, records specialist, claims clerk, or in a related role involving document organization and information management
- Strong and practical understanding of alphabetical, numerical, and custom filing systems used in professional or institutional environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
- Demonstrated ability to structure, categorize, and streamline large datasets, records, and document collections with accuracy
- Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment and collaborating with diverse teams via digital communication platforms
- Genuine motivation to contribute expertise toward training and improving AI systems, with an openness to learning new tools and workflows
