Data Analyst (Part-Time)
The Part-Time Data Analyst will support Luton Hospital’s leadership by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting clinical, operational, and financial data. The role will help the hospital make data-driven decisions, optimize operations, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for improved patient care and organizational efficiency.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, finance, or operations..
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and basic statistical analysis.
- Experience working with hospital information systems (HIS) or ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
PR & Communications Officer (Part-Time)
JOB PURPOSE:
- The Part-Time PR & Communications Officer will be responsible for managing Luton Hospital’s internal and external
- communications, strengthening its brand image, and ensuring consistent, professional messaging to staff, patients, and the public.
- This role will play a key part in building community trust, enhancing patient experience, and promoting hospital initiatives.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Impact & Programs Officer
JOB PURPOSE:
- The Impact & Programs Manager will be a key driver of the Luton Hospital Foundation’s mission, overseeing daily operations, ensuring program excellence, and maximizing social impact across multiple countries. This role will lead grant acquisition efforts, build strategic partnerships, and ensure that all programs align with the Foundation’s long-term vision for community transformation.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing programs within a foundation, nonprofit, or development organization, ideally across multiple countries.
- Proven success in securing grants and managing donor relationships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly in education, empowerment, or digital inclusion initiatives.
- Strong budget management, organizational, and reporting skills. Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, India) as required.
