1. Customer Experience Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Nairobi
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, MBA/MSc/MA (added advantage)
Experience: Minimum 5 years (2 in a supervisory role)

Job Purpose
To manage and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints and channels, improving satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately impacting the company’s performance positively.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer experience strategies and standards

Analyze customer feedback and data for improvement opportunities

Ensure consistent customer interactions across all platforms
-
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
-
Monitor and report on customer experience performance metrics
Main Duties
-
Customer Experience Standards: Define and roll out standards aligned with corporate goals
-
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement strategies across SBUs
-
Voice of the Customer: Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback
-
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across departments for unified CX goals
-
Training: Develop and monitor CX training programs
-
Service Excellence: Track KPIs related to customer retention and satisfaction
-
Business Process Management: Lead process improvements and ensure compliance
-
People Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage the CX team
Competency Requirements
-
Leadership and change management skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Proven ability to develop and execute customer-centric strategies
-
Technical knowledge of customer experience and operations processes
Qualifications
-
Degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, or Business
-
MBA and CX certification are added advantages
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer experience or operations
2. Property Sales & Marketing Executive (60 Positions)
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Nairobi
Qualification: Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
Experience: 2–3 years (Real estate experience is an added advantage)
Job Field: Real Estate, Sales/Marketing
Application Deadline: 30th June 2025
Job Summary
We are looking for ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our sales and marketing team, promoting the Optiven brand and transforming society through real estate.
Key Responsibilities

Develop effective lead generation strategies

Generate a pipeline of qualified prospects

Close sales and follow up until clients receive title deeds

Requirements

Diploma in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution

Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools

Must be tech-savvy with at least 2000 social media followers

Strong understanding of the real estate industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Must be ready to start immediately
