Kicheche Camps

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Help the manager with all camp administration duties
  • Monthly camp reports – produce and cross-check with the manager all monthly reports
  • Income sheets
  • Expense sheet (PC declarations)
  • Muster roll
  • Bednight figures & origin of clients
  • F&B consumption
  • Fuel
  • Vehicle Summary (including work carried out & mileage)
  • Solar & other equipment maintenance sheet
  • Keep a well-organised list of maintenance duties assigned tthe maintenance team
  • Supervise the stock takes and income for the shop.
  • HR – coordinate staff uniforms, duty rosters and staff off days. Follow clear company employment procedures for temporary employees and contractors. Make sure the staff camp is maintained in good condition.
  • Health & Safety – In liaison with the camp manager, make sure OSH and ecstandards are met at all times
  • Coordinate camp inventories (June / November / March)
  • Any other task assigned by the camp manager, including hosting guests
  • The company ops manager might ask you treport temporarily tanother camp

Required Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration.
  • Work experience will be an added advantage
  • Extensive knowledge in reports, resource management, cost control and personnel matters.
  • Accounting skills
  • People skills
  • Knowledge of Hospitality operations.
