30 call center interns are needed as we have onboarded 3 new clients and the load will be shared 1st of May.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Making outbound bound calls and inbound calls
- Sending SMS templates
- Updating clients feedback
- Any other duty given
Skills & Experience
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
