Job Purpose
The Booking Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing the ticket booking and parcel dispatch process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries on routes, schedules, and fares

Process ticket sales and manage bookings with accuracy
-
Book and receive parcels for dispatch and collection
-
Handle payments and issue correct change
-
Maintain an organized and clean booking office
-
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all passengers
Requirements
-
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field is an added advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, office administration, or the transport/logistics industry is preferred.
