Diploma in Tour Operations & Customer Care
Experience in handling guest arrivals, pick-up requests, transport arrangement, luggage handling & hotel information,
Familiarity with the airport terminals, and excellent report compilation (Follow-up and luggage irregularity reports)
Proficient in English and German Languages – knowledge in any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work with demanding/flexible time schedules.
Good driving skills & Tour Guiding skills
