The administrative assistant and school receptionist play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the primary office administrator. Their responsibilities include answering the school phone, welcoming visitors, coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, and addressing the basic administrative needs of learners, parents, and staff.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably at an international school
• Diploma in a relevant field of study
• Friendly, professional, positive, and authentic demeanor
• Proficient technical skills and basic technology proficiency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Excellent communication skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Open to Kenyan applicants only
• Available to start as soon as possible, preferably in January 2024
