Salary :  Ksh 30,000 .

Key Responsibilities.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for multiple properties.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to property management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts for discrepancies.
• Assist with rent collection, service charges, and other property-related transactions.
• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support with audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with data entry.
• Handle queries from tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1  years of experience in accounting.
• CPA part II
• Proficiency in accounting software  will be an added advantage .
• Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
